1. Prior to charging, it is important to check the condition of the battery. If the battery has been in use for over 12 months or has not been used for 2-3 months, it may require maintenance.

2. In the event that the green light illuminates when the power is plugged in, but the charger does not function when the battery is connected and the green light remains on, the issue may be due to the positive and negative connectors of the charger not matching the battery connector. This issue can be rectified by changing the connector to match your battery.

3. If the green light comes on when the power is plugged in, but goes out when the battery is connected, the charger's internal short-circuit protection may have been triggered due to a fault with the battery. In this case, the battery should be checked.

4. It is important to note that the charger only fits 36V Li-on batteries and should not be used for lead-acid batteries, or for 24V and 25.2V and 29.4V versions.
